Oracle 3950 v9.3 - Console connection

Good Day,

Hope someone can assist me please - we seem to be having difficulty to console to the SBC. We know there aren't any hardware issues, but we do suspect it may be the cables we are using could be wrong.

Could someone please advise what cables are needed - we have the oracle black adapter that comes with the SBC, a serial cable and an ethernet cable. Is there a specific serial and ethernet cable we need to use?

Please note we are connecting from a PC usb port to SBC console port
