Issue with Custom Requests on Orchestrator / Custom BSFN

Hello,
Last week, I created a custom NER BSFN with 11 input parameters and built a custom request in Orchestrator using this BSFN. Yesterday, I added 2 new parameters to the BSFN, making it 13 input parameters. After deploying an update package overnight, the custom request in Orchestrator still shows 11 parameters instead of 13. Even if I create a new custom request with the updated BSFN, it still shows only 11 parameters.

What could be the issue?
