Consume REST API in Oracle EBS GL 12.2.12

Hello,

I have a requirement to invoke and consume a REST API to insert record into the Oracle EBS GL Interface Table.

We are currently using version 12.2.12. The REST API is provided by an external application outside of our network. We are exploring options to consume the REST API within Oracle EBS. Any helpor assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
