Using Task Management in Quoting HTML

I want to use the Task Manager in the Responsibility Quoting User (HTML). Everytime when I want to assign a task to another employee my my page is crashing and I get the Error Message that a In or Out Parameter is missing.

Does someone know if an additional setup is needed to use this function?
