Query needed to link service activities (in charges) with their associated order type and line type

I have an end user that has some questions about which order types and line types are affiliated with each service activity, and I trying to build a SQL query to output this quickly and give it to them. I am not having any luck, and would appreciate any assistance if anyone else has done this before.
