JD Edwards 9.2 - Late Fee Grace Period configuration for Business Days/Holidays

When generating late fees, we want to have the grace period calculated for business days only so don't count weekends and don't count bank holidays. I don't see any way to set this up on the Fee and Interest set up. Is it possible?
