When applying October 2024 SPB patch 37150572 for weblogic 12.2.1.4, does the SPB detect and rollback the JDBC patch '32720458'?

One log says:

OUI-67301:
Following patches have conflicts: [ 32720458 36926636 ]

but another log for the same install says it was rolled back.

If using the SPB, is the patch automatically rolled back? Or is the rollback still a manual process?
