Need method to receive ePro Req data via api, then create req

Hello all - I'm wondering if there is a process that is already provided from PeopleSoft that will allow us to receive eProcurement Requisition data and then create the req.

We need to develop a PeopleSoft structure that accepts input API data to create eProcurement requisitions. These requisitions will then be processed through our Batch jobs to generate Purchase Orders (POs).

Is there information out there about the asynchronous service operation "PURCHASE_REQUISITION_LOAD"? Is that a solution? I think I would prefer a REST API to receive the requisition data and process it to create a requisition.

We are on FSCM 9.2.50, PeopleTools 8.61.07.
