Users get Error "Due date cannot be earlier than start date" When sending record to next step.

Unifier Version 21.12.14

In one of our business processes, users are intermittently encountering the error “Due date cannot be earlier than start date” when sending records to the next step in the workflow.

For some records, the issue resolved itself the following day. However, the records that were stuck yesterday are no longer showing errors at the same step but are getting stuck again at the next step.

As per Oracle support document number 2002684.1 and 2065896.1 : We checked our server time zones and found all our servers are in same time zone. And we checked our Workflow setup for correct workflow duration, but none of the solutions worked for us.
