Hello Siebel Experts,

We are on the Siebel 23.8 version, and we noticed that post-incremental workspace migration to the target environment needs to restart the Siebel server to take the latest code effective.

Could you please let us know? Is there anyway to minimize siebel server downtime and increase availability of siebel applications?
