Question regarding hourly rate on Pay sheet

Our absence team manages docks internally. Before October 31, we were using the contract pay module, where the hourly rate for docks in Time and Labor came was set to zero on paysheet. This setup had no impact on payroll, as users would manually enter the docked amount or hourly rate. Employees on FML or similar situations were deducted accordingly.
However, we recently transitioned out of the contract module and changed the pay frequency to "A" (Annual). Since this change, the system now calculates an hourly rate based on Job Data and populates on the paysheet for the T&L records.
