Generating a report to VIEW asks to download instead of opening automatically in a browser

Oracle Forms 12.2.1.19

We have 8 servers in our environment, the following does work on servers 1-6 but not on servers 7 and 8

How do I get the report to automatically open when generated to VIEW?

I was not sure if I should add this to Oracle Forms or to the Oracle Reports Forum.

If I try to get the report like this it wants to download.

Servername:Port/reports/rwservlet/getjobid31?server=rep_wls_reports1_servername

If we add &mimetype=test/plain it automatically opens in the browser.

Servername:Port/reports/rwservlet/getjobid31?server=rep_wls_reports1_servername&mimetype=text/plain
