JDE India implementation

Hi,

I am working on India roll out for a client having global presence and already using JDE.

Would like to receive help/suggestions on how to approach for India rollout considering the other countries present in JDE has annual close from Jan-Dec and india having April-Mar, also with regards to the FA.

Would appreciate prompt help in this.
