In Oracle (v.19.3 x64) client install, how to prevent date/time being added to the JDK folder name?

We are trying to create a generic package for Oracle (v.19.3 x64) client install. The problem is that it needs to be a generic installation, so that it can be deployed to multiple devices, but the installer creates a unique folder name (including the date/time of the installation) for the JDK. This means that we can't create a generic firewall exception for the exe. (The attached screenshot illustrates the problem: the destination folder for JDK is unique (with a unique date/time included in the folder name, not generic.
