Cannot change quantity on manage replenishment requests

We are currently testing FSCM Image 51. We have noticed that the manage replenishment request page does not allow users to change the quantity as in previous images. Is this due to additional setup that needs to be configured? I've attached an image of 51 and the current version of the page.

I've attached a document showing the difference between our current image and image 51.

Any information about this issue is much appreciated!
