LOV Import Service Business Service not exits

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I was going to import LOV using the REST API 'LOV Import Service' business service, but an error occurred: The 'LOV Import Service' business service does not exist in the current SRF.

I couldn't find this business service (bs) in Tools. calss ： CSSLovImportService It can't be found either.

How can this be resolved?
