RLM Demand processor exception

Hi,

RLM Demand Submit processor program interfaces releases from RLM work bench to Sales Order/Lines.

Sometime the demand processor deletes the SO lines with message in output file.

"The reason for the exception error messages is that you have OVERSHIPPED to your Customer"

What could be the calculation/code behind this message.So we can explain to users about the demand qty in RLM and sales orders shipped qty based on requested date. Trying to see user level documentation other than the message which is clear.

Over shipped : which from date is considered to check the shipped qty.

Ex: 30-NOV-2024(Request date) 100 PC. Demand in RLM Release
