Peoplesoft Expenses: Expense Type Configured for Attendees does Not Display Fields on Fluid TA

Description: When using an expense type on a fluid TA where the configuration page (FSCM > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Expenses > Purchase > Create Expense Type Codes) has the Expense Type Edit selected as "Attendees", no additional fields display on the TA line on the main page or through the Details button.
On the classic TA page it displays the fields "Number of Days" and "Daily Amount" on the TA line using an expense type with this setup.
Is this type of expense type working as designed on the fluid TA, or should the line display those two fields?
