Orphen transact move order

Good Day

i faced a problem with some transact move orders, they still in the form and i can't cancel or close ,they statues is re-approved and sales order closed.

when i try to apply data fix in Doc ID 169677.1

it was give 0 row insert because released_status in wsh_delivery_details 'C' not 'S'
