Manage proxy option is not disabling in arabic session

Dears,

I tried to hide the Manage proxy option using the document-2182942.1 and it is working fine in English session but when i am switching the session to Arabic one, it is showing the Manage proxy option. Screenshot is attached FYR. Please suggest.
