Windows 11 Jdeveloper 10 g error unable to launch Virtual Machine../../jdk/jre/bin/client/jvm.dll

Hi experts,

I am on Windows 11 pro and downloaded - patch 31640893 as mentioned in

Doc ID 416708.1

for Oracle Apps 12.2.10 version and when I am trying to open jdevW application I am receiving below error message unable to launch Virtual Machine../../jdk/jre/bin/client/jvm.dll.

I tried the solutions given in Doc ID 2474977.1 & Doc ID 2227573.1.

It didn't help.

Please any inputs. Thank you for your assistance.
