Hi,

While creating order using parts button available in field service request form getting below error.

Internal Order Creation error: Execution of procedure process_order failed because the following unexpected errors occurred Cause: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL, into ("PO" "PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL" "LINE_TYPE_ID") Action. Please contact your technical representative

Kindly check and suggest the solution. Attaching screenshot for your reference.
