ePerformance Evaluation by employee, Peer and manager
In the ePerformance module, is it possible for the system to allow an employee to first complete their self-evaluation, and only after that, a peer evaluation takes place (if the manager nominates a peer)? If no nominee is added, the manager would then evaluate the employee, but only after the employee’s self-evaluation is complete.
Secondly, is it also possible to restrict all the employee and the manager or Peer from evaluating before the document's end date? For example, if the document's start date is 01/01/2024 and the end date is 31/12/2024, the evaluations by the employee and manager should only occur after the end date, such as starting from 01/01/2025. Currently, this functionality is not available in the system.
