datapatch is failing with error KUP-04020

Hi,

Patch 36233263 - Database Release Update 19.23.0.0.240416 install is failing.

As mentioned in 1948198.1, I have modified the read size to 67108864 but still datapach is failing.

ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEFETCH callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-04020: found record longer than buffer size supported, 50003968, in
/prod/ora_19c/QOpatch/qopiprep.bat (offset=0)

Though I have modified the read size to 67108864, after datapatch run, I observed readsize set to 50000000
