How to check if we have purchased license for SQL Tuning Advisor

Hi,

We are running ODA X8-2S Box with Oracle version 19.23 on OL 8.9.
Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

I would like to know if we have procured a license for using SQL Tuning Advisor.

We had executed @options_packs_usage_statistics.sql as suggested by Doc ID 1317265.1.
