Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can you please suggest what is the benefit for customers who are already on 23.x or above by feature Upgrade Factory 2.0 ?

Is it possible to get a Pre-Assessment Report before installing 24.11 as a patch on existing Dev (DR) or RR environments ?
