Variable course and billing units

Hi ,

When a student enrolled in a variable unit course (lets say the course is 1 to 5 units), and the student chooses to enroll in 2 unit only, their billing units automatically get set to 5 bill units.

Is that the expected behavior? According to PS books "Bill Units: Select to charge fees based on the actual number of units in which the student is enrolled versus anticipated units."

I would expect to see the billing units to reflect the same amount as the enrolled units , but that is not what we are experiencing.

Any insights would be helpful.
