CUAC within P48221 fires Maintenance in Process Error

Is there a way to revise the CUAC value within the P48221|F4822|F48011 from maintenance in process to an value that will allow deletion of record? Overall, we're seeking to utilize standard functionality versus SQL. The records are integrated from other sub systems and the team desires to remove. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
