Item with spesific LPN Issued out of Stores and still appears in the on-hand quantity

hi,
i need your assistance with the following issue:
in the KSF-EPM storage, there is an item (345291) with two different LPN. this item has actually been consumed through a sales order but still appears in the on-hand quantity. i found this issue in the Transaction Open Interface. there are 4 other items with the same issue.
