SBC acquire config 403 forbidden

Hi all,

we have a strange issue while trying to form a SBC cluster.

the commend "acquire config x.x.x.x" from the secondary SBC returns "Forbidden".

from log.lemd I could see the following error:

"No Physical Interfaces acquired from '<primary SBC's IP>:3001' cannot proceed, acquire-config FAILED".

all features and entitlements are identical on both SBCs.

show prom-info all - both of the SBC have the same network interface cards.

does anyone have any idea?

SBC 4600, running version SCZ9.3.0 Patch 2 (build 98)
