Is it possible to mantain Lot Status AND On hand Material status at the same time?

I enabled the activate material on hand status for all my inventory org. When i try to update the status for a lot controlled item i can only update the on hand status. Every other field is disabled.

Even if the Material status is set up for Lot / Serial and On hand.

I found this hint:

Does that mean that both Status Controls are not possible at the same time?
