Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I am perplexed by the above hold and cannot find detailed examples to work through in a test instance.

I have checked various documents in the discussions and none explain with clear exampleshow to set up and how to resolve.

Is there someone out there who has an answer and can you help?
