Fully received item will not Putaway.

I have an item that is showing as FULLY RECEIVED with Interface Receipt option checked but does not Putaway. The process that Interface receipt schedules to run is RECV_00 but this skips the Putaway portion (see process instance 3029610 below). Normally RECV_01 runs – (see instance 3029597 below). This should push the item into inventory and the quantity would increase. Then the Receipt status says MOVED.

However, when we process this particular receipt it does not MOVE to inventory. Furthermore, it does not show as a staging error nor is it in Stockroom Feedback. And we cannot run the missing processes manually to get the item putaway. In fact, at the end of the receipt line does not show the status as usual, which would allow us to check the putaway location which should be already set up.
