Can a SO Hold Code (SHHOLD) value be loaded via R47011? JDE 9.1

Can a SO Hold Code (SHHOLD) value be loaded thru EDI via R47011? I am passing in a pre-determined code, functionality indicates it can, but the value appears to get lost part way thru the process viewing logs. I see the associated P4210 processing options allow for several Hold Codes. If all default processing option values are blank, is one of them overriding the imported value?
