Sending resolution in CRM workflow work message LM0041?

Hi comunity,

Could you tell me when the closure notice email containing the LM0041 solution for a CRM case is sent?

P90CG504 (entry case) y P90CG501 (update case) and when i put the satisfactory solution (SR) that closes the case and moves it to status 999 is P90CG502.

I attach a screenshot of the workflow messages LM0041 …

I don't understand what triggers it...
