Hi,

We used e-auction system to sell the scrap products.

We fixed the ceiling price and scrap product available quantity and communicate the e-auction date and time to the customers.

Customers who are interested, they will participate the e-auction and quote his price.

Which customer is quoted the higher price and the same will be finalized and share the tentative dates and delivery quantity schedules.

If the customer did not lift the quantity which is mentioned the delivery schedule, it will be void.

How to record these in Order management - EBS.

One of the option is used the sales agreements - Need more about this and how the sales agreement will be used for this.
