The SBC requests information about the queue of SIP or session processes.

The SBC 4500 has the necessary information about the queues of the SIP and session processes for calls.

  1. What is the number of queues and the queue buffer size of the call handling process?
  2. Can I query the queue usage of the call handling process?
  3. Is an alarm raised when the queue of a call handling process is full?
  4. Are queues automatically recovered when they are full?

I am using SBC version 7.2 / 6.3.
