How to install JDE Standalone server 9.2.0 with Oracle 19c Database

From Oralce e-delivery site , JDE Standalone 9.2.0 server contains only Oralce 12c Database engine support. Is there any support for JDE Standalone 9.2.0 server with Oracle 19c Database engine and please let me know the link to download it?
