Tax Update 24-D DDP003CN.SQR, PAY003CN Errors

FYI for Canadian customers testing 24-D…

We are getting the error (SQR 4040) The array 'taxdetailssection' has not been defined. When running DDP003CN.SQR and PAY003CN.

Our developer saw that there was code in DDP003/PAY003 to create the TaxDetailsSection array but it seems to be missing in the Canadian versions. He copied the code and it seems to work now.

I will create an SR so hopefully this will get a PRP.
