Issue creating new databases on ODA 19.25

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓

I am running on ODA 19.25 (x2-8s). Soon after patching to ODA 19.25 from ODA 19.24 I tried creating a new database which fails with the following errors:

"DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Failed to create the database XXXXXXX."

and

"alter diskgroup RECO add filegroup T_M_XXXXXXX template set 'redundancy'='MIRROR'
[Database Creation by RHP] - *
[Database Creation by RHP] - ERROR at line 1:
[Database Creation by RHP] - ORA-15381: missing or invalid file group client specifier"

Is this a known issue with release ODA 19.25? Are there any work-arounds?
