Upgrading 11.2.14 to 11.2.15 CONFIGTOOL stops after preconfig checks.

We have 2 Windows servers with Hyperion /EPM 11.2.14 planning, calc on one server and just Essbase on another. We were able to install and configure EPM 11.2.15 on the server with Planning and CALC, WLS. On the Essbase server install was successful but Configtool starts then hangs after message "EPMCFG-10402:Preconfig checks passed! Proceeding further…" But nothing happens, can't find any new configtool logs.

How do we troubleshoot or resolve this problem?
