Does 19c support different patch level for data guard physical standby?

Hi Expert

we want to set up a data guard physical standby for 19c. the primary db is on patch level 19.7 and standby db needs to be on 19.25. Will this kind of configuration work? if not and we need to upgrade the primary first to match the minimum requirement what will be the minimum version to match the standby version 19.25?
