Integrity issue message in sales order (SO)

Hi,

Can anyone help me to understand why getting integrity message while doing modification in sales order(SO). While below message looks like for ST/OT or SK/OT type order, while I am getting this for SO. How to stop this message.

Cause. . . . . Errors were encountered when assuring order integrity between sales order 24000329 SO 40106 , line 1.000 and purchase order    , line .000 .

Resolution . . Please review the following errors to determine the source of the integrity issue.  The purchase order will need to be manually updated to maintain integrity with the sales order.
