To recompile invalid objects in Oracle schemas - utlprpom.sql

Hello,

I was looking for something native to recompile Oracle Schemas objects (ORACLE_MAINTAINED) and found this script utlprpom.sql in the documentation

I looked for this script in ORACLE_HOME (19.25) and didn't find it, searching better I believe that this script is only for 23ai, but if that is true then why is it mentioned in the 19c documentation? Is it a documentation error?
