How setup new tax rate only for one OU?

Hi Folks,

We have 1 ledger, 1 LE and two operating units (OU1, OU2) so new tax rate applicable only for one OU. Any possibility to restrict the new rate for specific Operating unit?

The challenge I am facing while navigate system defaulting OU1 but we want to setup new rate only for OU2

I assume if we are not setup tax accounts for OU1 then we can achieve this or any other workaround?
