Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to enforce the usage special character, upper/ lower case and number for FND_USER passwords

Hi Experts,

I am creating a new user from the following Form using System administrator responsibility

When the user logs in for the first time, it is asked to reset the password. User is also asked to reset the password after it is expired.

Is there a way to enforce user to set a new password with a combination of special characters, upper and lower case along with numbers?
