ID Subscription needed to switch to the new version of my oracle support
Hi
I am currently still unable to connect to "Switch to My Oracle Cloud Support" to open Service Requests (SRs) on behalf of our client for Oracle HCM. I would like to request the same access as {removed by admin}, who supports the same client.
To clarify:
I support our client directly on Oracle HCM, not Alithya.
I need access to Oracle Support to open SRs for our client.
I do not have the subscription ID (CSI), and Terri confirmed that she was not required to complete an "ID subscription" to obtain her access.
