Orchestrator issue Using Files As Orchestration Input from CSV Files

I have created an orchestrator by watching JDE video for CSV files as input to orchestrator. I have attached orchestrator file and the video link. The issue is after we upload the file to orchestrator and run it there is a rule that checks if filename greater than 0. This condition always fails. Can anyone please help me figure the issue. I am using Tools Release: EnterpriseOne 9.2.8.1
