How to cancel the Purchase Requisition line Qty partially

It is possible to cancel the partial quantity of Requisition line. I.e., Requested Quantity will be 3000 and the delivered quantity was 2000 so can we able to cancel balance 1000 Qty of same line ordered. Kindly find the enclosed file and do the needful
