Error Updating Flexfield in iProcurement R12.2.12 When Modifying Requisition Line Information

Hello,

I am facing an issue in iProcurement R12.2.12. When I update an "attribute" field of a flexfield at the header level and then attempt to modify some information on a requisition line, the error shown in the attached screenshot occurs.

To work around this issue, I need to navigate to the "Requisition" tab in the top-left corner and then return to the "Shop" tab. After doing this, I am able to submit the requisition successfully. However, if I don’t follow this procedure, the error persists.

The tab shown in the screenshot is related to the EditSubmitCO view object. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
